Athlete Registration

Welcome to Terra Linda Athletics! Joining a team is a great way for a student to make new friends and feel a part of the school community.  In order to participate in sports at Terra Linda:

  • Registration for each seson must be completed online through our landing page on Arbiter Sports.  
  • Please register even if your clearance form is not completed so we can plan for the season.
  • The CIF Pre-participation physical evaluation clearance form must be completed by your student’s physician and then uploaded into Arbiter Sports. Instructions on how to upload a form to a submitted registration
  • Review all policies with your student
  • If your student has transferred from another high school, please contact the Athletic Director regarding eligibility and completion of the appropriate NCS Eligibility Forms.

Expectations while playing sports at Terra Linda:

  • Participating in high school sports is a privilege not a right.
  • Students are making a commitment: to be on time, be prepared, be respectful, and be supportive. Terra Linda is your school – take pride in it.
  • Violations of school rules in either academics or athletics may result in the student’s removal from the team by the Athletics Department & their coaches.

Being Eligible to Play Sports:

  • As a member of the CIF (California Interscholastic Federation), students must maintain a 2.0 GPA and have no more than one failing grade.  This includes the last grading period of your 8th grade year.

Terra Linda High School has instituted a platform for athletic registration through Arbiter Sports

Arbiter Sports is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through Arbiter Sports, the system keeps track of your information in your Arbiter Sports profile to use in future registrations. 

ALREADY HAVE AN ARBITER ACCOUNT? FOLLOW STEPS BELOW 

  1. Navigate to our LANDING PAGE
  2. Under Programs, click on each season link (Fall/ Winter/Spring). You must register for each season separately so we can accurately plan team rosters.
  3. Click the Register Now button.
  4. Click Login and login with the email you used in previous seasons. Reset your password if necessary.
  5. Under Sections, choose the sport your student would like to participate in. Can only choose one sport.
  6. Click on participant's name and all fields will populate with your information you already provided
  7. Scroll down the page until you find the agreements; click on all the agreements – Both Athlete and Parent/Guardian
  8. Edit any of your personal information if needed
  9. Click Continue, then Submit

NEW TO ARBITER? FOLLOW STEPS BELOW

A parent/guardian should register by clicking our landing page in Arbiter Sports and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to our LANDING PAGE
  2. Under Programs, click on each season link (Fall/ Winter/Spring). You must register for each season separately so we can accurately plan team rosters.
  3. Click the Register Now button.
  4. Click Create Account
  5. Create your secure Arbiter Sports account by entering the account owner First and Last names(parent/guardian), email and password.  Select I Agree to the Arbiter Sports Terms of Service.  Click Create Account.
  6. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account.  If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk email filters.
  7. Click on the link in your activation email, which will log you into ArbiterSports.com.
  8. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested.  All fields with a red “*” are required.
  9. Click the Continue button when your form is complete
  10. Review your registration summary. No Payment Required
  11. Click the green Submit button.  After selecting Submit, the registration will be complete.  You will receive a completion email from Arbiter Sports confirming your registration.

Once you are in the portal, under Links on the right hand side, click on the Pre-Participation Physical Form and print.  This is the only piece of paper you will need.  This is the form your doctor should sign and stamp and then you can upload the form to your account.  You can also find the Pre-Participation Physical Form by going to the Forms and Information tab above on the top left of the page.

If you have trouble uploading the physical form, the form may be brought in to the Athletic Office.

You may login at www.ArbiterSports.com anytime to update your information and to check your registration(s).

To view a completed registration, select the Registration tab on the blue bar.
