What is InstaTeam?
InstaTeam is the communication platform used by Terra Linda Athletics to keep athletes and families connected and informed. Through InstaTeam, coaches, players, and parents can easily access up-to-date schedules, receive reminders and notifications, and stay in touch with their team throughout the season.

Many schools across the country use InstaTeam to help teams stay organized and engaged—and at Terra Linda, it’s the hub for staying connected to your team.

How to Access InstaTeam:

Step 1. Create an account

InstaTeam can b​e accessed from a computer or mobile device.  

• ​Desktop: visit InstaTeam

• Mobile: Download the InstaTeam app from the App Store or Google Play or visit http://www.instateam.net/download/app from your mobile phone.

Step 2: Enter the Team Code

Please contact Kristin Erickson kerickson@srcs.org or your coach for your team code. In InstaTeam, search the code to join the team. Please be sure to select the correct role when joining (for example, parents should select Parent, not Player, Other or Coach)

TIPS:

• Please make sure your athlete also registers on InstaTeam, separately from you. If you see an "*" next to their name in the app, it means they have not yet registered
• Once you are in the team, click Options>Set Notifications to make sure you get push notifications and emails.
