CONDITIONING CLASSES
We are excited to offer a free conditioning program funded by our Terra Linda Athletic Boosters (TLAB). After a successful pilot with the girls lacross team last year, this program is open to all athletes! EMAIL Lori at lori@hotyogarepublic.com to get started!
Meet the Trainer: Lori Holscher
Lori brings 25+ years in the wellness and fitness industry, including as a youth coach, personal trainer, yoga and fitness instructor, and rehabilitation specialist. Her workouts focus on building a strong foundation and using proper form to help students minimize the risk of injury and develop lasting results.

2025/26 Registration is open for Terra Linda Athletics! Please click here to register or see registration information below. All students must be registered prior to try outs and have a valid physician release on file to be allowed on a roster. Click here for physical clearance form. Season dates are as follows:
Fall (Football, Cheerleading, Flag Football, Water Polo, Cross Country, Girls Tennis, Girls Golf, Girls Volleyball): August 11- November 15
Winter (Basketball, Soccer, Wrestling): November 3 – February 15
Spring (Baseball, Softball, Swim/ Dive, Track and Field, Lacrosse, Boys Tennis, Boys Golf, Boys Volleyball): February 9 - May 15
