CONDITIONING CLASSES
We are excited to offer a free conditioning program funded by our Terra Linda Athletic Boosters (TLAB). After a successful pilot with the girls lacross team last year, this program is open to all athletes! Stay tuned for more info coming soon as we relaunch.

Whether you’re an athlete preparing for your next season or a student looking for a fun and supportive way to stay active, this program provides a welcoming space to challenge yourself, stay healthy, and build positive fitness habits.

Meet the Trainer: Lori Holscher
Lori brings 25+ years in the wellness and fitness industry, including as a youth coach, personal trainer, yoga and fitness instructor, and rehabilitation specialist. Her workouts focus on building a strong foundation and using proper form to help students minimize the risk of injury and develop lasting results.
 
Certifications and Background
● Certified Personal Trainer (American College of Sports Medicine)
● Certified Group Fitness Instructor (American Council on Exercise)
● 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certification
● 200-Hour Yoga Therapy Certification
● B.A. in Psychology

Winter Registration

2025/26 Registration is open for Terra Linda Athletics!  Please click here to register or see registration information below. All students must be registered prior to try outs and have a valid physician release on file to be allowed on a roster. Click here for physical clearance form. Season dates are as follows:
 
Fall (Football, Cheerleading, Flag Football, Water Polo, Cross Country, Girls Tennis, Girls Golf, Girls Volleyball): August 11- November 15
Winter (Basketball, Soccer, Wrestling): November 3 – February 15
Spring (Baseball, Softball, Swim/ Dive, Track and Field, Lacrosse, Boys Tennis, Boys Golf, Boys Volleyball): February 9 - May 15

BOYS SOCCER

JV

  • 9th/10th grade players, unless you were on varsity last year
  • Meet at the far end of the football field
  • Starting 11-3 right after school until 5:00 or 5:15

VARSITY

  • IMPORTANT: Due to field availability, Varsity will begin tryouts on Monday, November 10th at 4:00PM on the turf field
  • Who? All returning varsity players, and 11th/12th grade players

WRESTLING

Classic Photography is excited to be taking team & individual photos of Terra Linda High Fall, Winter and Spring Athletes - check back for schedules
 
We make every effort to make sure that athletes who have ordered are photographed...if your order comes in later than the deadline, we cannot guarantee that their photo will be taken. Please order early!
