CONDITIONING CLASSES
We are excited to announce a new athletic conditioning program available to all TL students. This program is made available through funding from our athletic boosters and was piloted last year with the girls Lacrosse team. Sessions will take place after school on Mondays and Thursdays from 4:00-5:00 PM. All students wanting to participate must sign up via the link below and fill out the attached waiver form PRIOR to their first session. Waivers can be turned into the athletic department or submitted via email by sending a photo to ddearborn@srcs.org.
After-School Workout Program
The After-School Workout Program is a free opportunity for all students to stay active, build strength, and improve overall fitness. Originally created as a way for off-season athletes to stay conditioned for their sports, the program has grown into a resource open to the entire student body.
