SELAC

School English Learner Advisory Committee (SELAC)

PURPOSE:
The purpose of the SELAC is to advise the principal and school staff on programs and services for English Learners.


FUNCTIONS:
The SELAC committee advises on the following:
1.   Implementation of English Learner Instructional Programs and Services
2.   Development of the school’s needs assessment
3.  Review Annual Language Census Data
4.  Support daily student attendance

SELAC Meetings are in the TL Library.  Snacks and Refreshments will be served from 5:15-5:30 pm.  Meetings begin promptly at 5:30 pm.
